Mr.Mahantesh is the founder of Samarthanam. He is from joint family and from Nenegal, Belgaum district. When he was 10 years old he had typhoid so he lost his vision. that time he taken all the treatment but he couldn't get proper vision. It was too hard to accept this kind of situation Then he joined blind school in Bangalore.He was used to do work himself without any dependency and also he helps his juniors. His policy is taking care of others gives confidence, decreases ego and happiness. He completed higher education in Bangalore national college. And M.A in English and also M.Phil. After completing post graduation. He started teaching in Law College. Later on he joined LPG dealership

 Samarthan was started in 1997 .He believes in multi task makes man come out from stress and can manage stress.Samarthannam work for holistic development of individual, and confident. It works for challenged children and to other people Gives training, It has school in Bangalore and it help for higher education. Student after competing higher education they got jobs in multinational companies. Later he shared that information technology helps for disabled people like jaw software it helps to people can read the reading material.They are also having BPO unit and also they have collaborative structure with other institution. They have some culture activities and sports like cricket, chess and all.They have state level and international level dance club which gives opportunity to learn Nathaniel, and this group performed in world wide. These activities brought so much happiness to their organization.

I learned from this guest speaker session is Believe in our self which gives satisfaction and happiness and i learned some things those are very important to us those are Discipline,Desire, Dedication, and Determination This are very important to us to get successes in our life.
